     Two unique, historical houses sit in the middle of the picturesque hill country alongside Cibilo Creek. Built in the 1940's by Ralph Fair Sr., these cottages reflect the quality construction of many historical buildings at Fair Oaks Ranch.

     Named the Emerson and the Exline, each is 850 square feet, decorated in a Ralph Lauren country style with antique furniture, hardwood floors, stone walls, and fireplace. All are fully furnished with roomy kitchens, modern appliances, television, and phone hookups.
